Create a New Chatbot in Chatbot Manager

You could create the chatbots in Chatbot Manager.

You should be able to select the created chatbot in your chatbot manager.
Create a New Chatbot in Chatbot Manager
Click "Bot Builder" on the top menu bar. You will be directed to the bot builder workspace.
The Chatbot Manager is the modal located just down below the top menu bar.

- Click "+ New Chatbot" and you can now fill in the details of your new chatbot. Click "Save" upon completion.
