Web Chat Overview
Introduction
Web Chat is an extension developed by WOZTELL, which allows you to quickly set up a ready-to-go messaging platform to connect with your customers.
Unlike WhatsApp Cloud API and Facebook Messenger, you don't need to connect the Web Chat to a phone number or page. You can kick start just by installing the Web Chat channel. It also enables you embed it as a website plugin, and offer the flexibility to customize the UI of the chatroom.
Messaging Flow
Web Chat does not require your users to log into any accounts so even general users without any social media profiles can access and talk to the chatbot. Once the user kick starts a conversation in the Web Chat, the business can start sending messages to the users without limitations like the customer service window.
Web Chat Plugin
You can apply the Web Chat plugin to your own webpage by adding the Head Script and Body Script to the webpage.

Customizable Interface
The Web Chat extensions allow higher degree of flexibility than other extensions like WhatsApp and Facebook. You can add your business information to the business profile; and create new entry points to conversation flows by adding Ice Breakers and Persistent Menu; you can even customize the UI with Custom CSS.
